  Refunds and Claims.

  • MB NS projects is responsible for goods sold in the https://ns-shop.lt E-shop.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days. from the day of receipt-delivery of the goods, except for cosmetic products, as well as the Seller is not obliged to satisfy the consumer's request to replace or return the goods that are included in item 17 of the Retail Trade Rules:
    • 17.5. woven fabrics (Combined Nomenclature codes 5007, 5111 to 5113, 5208 to 5212, 5309, 5310, 5311, 5407 to 5408, 5512 to 5516);
    • 17.7. knitted or crocheted underwear for men, boys, women or girls (codes 6107 to 6109 of the Combined Nomenclature);
    • 17.8. babies' garments (Combined Nomenclature codes 6111, 6209),
    • 17.10. sewn men's, boys', girls' or girls' singlets and other vests, nightdresses, pajamas and similar articles (codes 6207 to 6208 of the Combined Nomenclature);
    • 17.21. bedding, (Combined Nomenclature codes 9401 to 9406);
    • 17.22. toys, (Combined Nomenclature codes 9503 to 9505, 9508);

  • The buyer may exercise the right to return the goods if the goods have not been used, are undamaged, have not lost their appearance and are considered returnable. Returned goods must be fully complete. The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully assembled and properly packaged, the Seller or its representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the product are not considered to be substantial changes in the appearance of the product.
  • When a defective product is returned, We commit to replace the defective product with an analogous quality product. In case we do not have an analogous product, We will refund the money paid for the product to the Buyer.
  • Return costs (shipping) shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the goods are returned due to defect, poor quality or non-compliance with the order number.
  • When paying for the goods with the gift voucher, in case of returning the order, the money is returned only in the form of a gift voucher: The buyer receives a new gift voucher of the order value to be returned.
