https://ns-shop.lt/ The rules for ordering and buying and selling goods apply in the e-shop. In this document, we invite you to get acquainted with the procedure of purchasing goods, terms of payment, delivery, return options and all other responsibilities of the parties in matters of purchase and sale of goods.

General provisions.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that sets out the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (the “You”) and the Seller (the “We”) when you purchase goods in an e-shop (the “ “E-shop”).
These Rules regulate the terms of use and other provisions of https://ns-shop.lt/ (hereinafter – E-shop). MB NS projects provides trading services in accordance with these rules. The rules can be changed if necessary, so always read them carefully before placing your order. By using the services provided by this E-shop, you confirm that you agree to these rules.
This E-shop is owned and operated by MB NS projects, legal entity code: 305735277, registration address: Gedimino str. 46B-11, LT-44240 Kaunas
The Seller may, in the event of significant circumstances, temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the E-Store without prior notice to the Buyer.
The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.

The moment of concluding the sale and purchase agreement.

The agreement between you and Us is considered concluded from the moment when you have formed a shopping cart in the E-shop, selected a delivery and payment method and read our rules and click the “Pay” button.
The contract enters into force upon receipt of your payment for the goods by us and is valid until the full delivery of the goods.
Every contract concluded between Us and you is stored in the E-shop.

Ordering goods.

https://ns-shop.lt/ products are divided into 5 main categories: make-up, home, hair, the most popular offers, brands and facials. You can find a detailed description of each product by clicking on the selected product “More”.
You can order goods on our website at any time of the day, any day of the week.
To order an item at https://ns-shop.lt/, click on the “Add to cart” box. The item will go to the shopping cart, the icon of which is visible on the right side of the page. When you click on the icon, you will see the message “View your cart”, which you can click to find a list of added items.
Once you have selected the desired goods, you will have to pay for them in the most convenient way: click “Continue payment”, provide the required information and confirm the purchase by clicking “Pay”. Upon confirmation and successful payment of the order, a confirmation e-mail with the order information will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you.
Payment methods:
Bank transfer. Pay by making a transfer to our bank account: LT597300010168145972. Please enter your order number as the purpose of payment. We will send the order as soon as the paid money reaches our bank account.

Discount coupons.

You can use an existing discount coupon code before making a payment: enter it in the special ‘Discount Code’ field and click ‘Apply.’
A successfully applied code will adjust the final cost of your order – please make sure before making a payment.

Obligations of the buyer.

In order to receive the goods, the Buyer must make a prepayment (unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, eg payment at the time of collection).
Changes to the Buyer’s and delivery performance data provided in the order form must be updated immediately.
By using the E-shop, the buyer agrees to these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.

Obligations of the seller.

To create all conditions for the buyer to properly use the services provided by the E-shop.
Deliver your ordered goods to the specified address within the specified delivery period.
In the event of unforeseen and important circumstances (inability to deliver the goods ordered by you), the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer a similar product or another alternative. If the buyer refuses, the money paid will be refunded within 14 days.
The Seller may, in the event of material circumstances, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website without prior notice to the Buyer.
The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.

Delivery of goods.

Orders are delivered by Our Authorized Representative or by ourselves.
During delivery, you must check the condition of the shipment with Us or Our authorized representative.
If you notice a violation of the shipment, you must not accept the shipment and note this on the consignment note. After you accept the item and sign the bill of lading without comments, the shipment is considered to be in order.
In the case of delivery of goods by post machines, you must also inspect the consignment for damage during collection and inform us immediately if the consignment is received in a damaged package, the goods are incomplete or the unordered goods received in the consignment are inappropriate.
The Seller shall be released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods if the goods have not been delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

Responsibility.

The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order form. If the order form contains inaccurate information, we are not responsible for it.
The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using the E-shop.
The parties shall be liable for the violation of the purchase and sale agreement concluded using the E-shop in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
In the event of damage, the guilty party shall compensate the other party for the damage suffered.
All items you have purchased in this E-shop are for personal use only. The buyer does not acquire the right to resell the goods or otherwise receive a monetary consideration for them.

Sending information.

All notifications related to the execution of the order are sent to the e-mail provided in your order form. email address.
You send all notifications and ask questions by the means specified in the “Contacts” section of our e-shop.

Protection of personal data.

Any information related to personal data is subject to the Seller’s personal data protection policy, which is regulated by the relevant legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and which is implemented taking into account the recommendations of the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
The buyer is directly responsible for storing his login name and password. The buyer must ensure that the only person using that login name and password is himself.

Intellectual property.

The collection and use of the following data for the benefit of our company is protected and protected by the rights of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU: all content, text, graphics, design, logo, images, photos, video and audio material.
NS-shop brand colors, fonts, designs are the property of the company and their use or fragments are strictly prohibited. Neither the Content nor the trademark may be used, resold, copied, reproduced, altered, pledged or otherwise used or restricted without the written permission of MB NS projects.

Final Provisions.

The legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania apply to these rules.
Distribution of any E-store information without the written consent of the Seller is prohibited.
All disputes arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
