Rules for purchasing goods in the online store ns-shop.lt

1) The provisions of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to purchase and sale transactions performed in the ns-shop.lt e-shop.

2) The purchase and sale agreement between the Customer and ns-shop.lt is concluded from the moment when the Customer selects the product to be purchased and, having formed a shopping cart, executes all order steps specified in the ns-shop.lt e-shop, the final choice of payment method and confirmation.

3) A sales-purchase document is issued for goods sold in the ns-shop.lt e-shop.

4) If ns-shop.lt is unable to provide the Customer with the ordered goods due to important circumstances, ns-shop.lt undertakes to offer the Customer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Customer refuses to accept the product, which was offered as analogous or similar, ns-shop.lt undertakes to return the money paid to the Customer within 14 (fourteen) working days and cancel the Customer’s order.

5) After ns-shop.lt has confirmed the order, the price of the product is not changed – except for the cases when the price of the product has changed due to a technical error of information systems, obvious (mistake nature) errors or other objective reasons beyond the direct will of ns-shop.lt (in the presence of evidence supporting these reasons). If the Customer does not agree to purchase the product at the changed price, the Customer has the right to cancel the order by informing ns-shop.lt in writing or by e-mail info@ns-shop.lt within 3 (three) working days from the date of the offer to purchase the product at the changed price. If the order is canceled in accordance with the procedure provided for in this clause, all amounts paid by the Customer shall be refunded.

6) The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration. If incorrect data is provided, the Customer’s access to the ns-shop.lt website will be restricted.

7) ns-shop.lt undertakes not to transfer the Customer’s confidential information provided during registration to third parties, except for the exceptions provided by legal acts.

8) The following have the right to purchase the offered goods in the ns-shop.lt online store:
• natural persons at least 18 years old;
• persons under the age of 18 with parental or guardian consent;
• legal entities.

9) It is prohibited:
• copy, use, distribute, restore the information on the site or its content without the written consent of the owner of the ns-shop.lt website;
• use computer programs that may damage the operation of this website or otherwise interfere with the operation of the ns-shop.lt system.

10) Clients must use Lithuanian letters when specifying their data. Names, surnames, place names must start with a capital letter. The exact address of the place of residence must be provided, not only for the delivery of the goods, but also for the invoice.

11) ns-shop.lt reserves the right to:
• adjust the information on the page – when new clauses of these rules appear, they come into force immediately after their publication;
• restrict the use of this website by Customers who do not comply with these rules;
• to fulfill orders for rare, special goods only after receiving the Customer’s payment for the goods in advance;
• if the Customer does not pick up the goods from ns-shop.lt within 2 months. and if the Customer’s bank account number is known, the money is returned to the Customer and the product is no longer stored.
• If the Customer’s bank account number is not known, the money will not be refunded. ns-shop.lt informs the Customer about it with the available contacts, and the product is no longer stored.

12) When purchasing goods from ns-shop.lt, customers confirm that they are familiar with the rules and guarantees of returning the goods.

13) Pursuant to Article 79 of the Commentary to the Law on VAT of the Republic of Lithuania, VAT invoices are issued and rewritten only on the same day as the sale takes place. Errors in the accounts are corrected only in the current month.

14) Customers confirm that they are aware of their right to inspect the purchased product at the time of its collection – . i.e. check the condition of the package, quantity, size and range of goods. If the product is not inspected during its collection, ns-shop.lt has the right not to accept subsequent claims regarding the product. The customer must create all conditions for the courier for the goods to be properly delivered to the consignee. If the consignee is a minor and the Customer has allowed the consignee to accept the goods, the responsibility for the signed shipment rests with the Customer.

15) Quantities of goods are limited.

16) ns-shop.lt undertakes to deliver the goods to the Customer in accordance with the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods, but not later than within 30 days. These terms do not apply in cases when the required goods are not in the warehouse of ns-shop.lt, and the Customer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. The Customer agrees that in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ns-shop.lt, the delivery term of the goods may differ from the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods or the delivery term discussed by the Customer and ns-shop.lt. In case of unforeseen circumstances, ns-shop.lt undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and coordinate the delivery time of the goods and other issues related to the delivery.

17) If the price of the product on the Internet and in the store do not match, the price of the store shall be considered correct.

18) The price of the product visible to ns-shop.lt may change at any time due to data synchronization from suppliers.

19) In advertisements, prices, quantities and other information about the goods may differ due to data synchronization and may not coincide with the information provided on the ns-shop.lt website. The correct information provided on the ns-shop.lt website must be considered.

21) After the buyer submits the order using the ns-shop.lt store platform, the goods are collected and packaged.

22) If the amount of the shopping cart delivered to the Buyer is less than the amount ordered and paid by the Buyer, the difference between the paid and the actual price shall be paid to the Buyer’s account no later than within 5 (five) business days of delivery.

23) The buyer agrees that in the temporary absence of the goods ordered by him, another goods with similar characteristics and price may be delivered to him. Similar goods are goods of the same or similar composition and price. Goods ordered by the Buyer are exchanged for similar goods only if the Seller does not have a sufficient balance of the ordered goods and the Buyer agrees.

24) The goods ordered by the Buyer are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of ordering.

25) The buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the carrier. In this case, the carrier undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and coordinate the delivery of the goods.

26) These Rules for the Purchase of Goods, upon approval by the Buyer (after reading the Rules and ticking the box “I have read and agree to the Purchase Terms and Conditions”), are a binding legal document establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller. the conditions, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the ns-shop.lt online store.

27) The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules. The Buyer will be required to re-approve the Terms each time you log in to the Site.

Delivery

The goods are delivered in the territory of Lithuania and whole world When buying goods for more than 50 € – delivery of goods is FREE.

If the amount of the shopping cart is less than 50 EUR, the delivery price is 4 EUR. This amount is automatically included in the shipping price.

If a courier service is chosen for delivery of goods to the specified address, the price of delivery of goods is 7 eur. This amount is automatically included in the shipping price.

Only goods that are in the company’s warehouse are published in the www.ns-shop.lt e-shop. If the customer orders and pays for a product that is not in stock at that time, the order may be canceled and the money paid may be refunded or the possibility of delivery of the product as soon as it is in the company’s warehouse may be agreed upon.

Delivery time is 1 – 4 working days, in case of a large number of orders, the delivery time may be longer.

Right of return

RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS

Purchased goods are returned and / or replaced in accordance with Articles 6.362 and 6.363 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as July 22 the “Retail Trade Rules” approved by Resolution No. 738.

You have the right to refuse the product within fourteen days (from the date of delivery) without giving a reason, but by paying the direct cost of returning the product. This right does not apply to the following exceptions:

The consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance and off-premises contract shall not apply to the following contracts ***:

1) service contracts under which the services are provided in full to the consumer, provided that the consumer has given his express consent before the provision of the services and acknowledges that he will lose his right to withdraw from the contract when the trader has performed the contract in full;

2) contracts for goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specific instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and which are produced according to the consumer’s personal choice or instruction, or for goods which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;

3) contracts for packaged goods which have been unpacked after delivery and which are unfit for return for reasons of hygiene;

The withdrawal period for some of the above contracts expires after fourteen days:

1) in the case of a contract for services, from the date of conclusion of the contract;

2) when a contract for the sale of goods is concluded, from the date on which you or a person specified by you, other than the carrier, receives the ordered goodsor if you have ordered more than one goods in a single order and the goods are delivered separately, The person specified by you, other than the carrier, receives the last item;

If you decide to give up the product, you must submit a completed clear statement (by e-mail) setting out your decision to give up the product.

Goods returned within 14 days must be in order:

If the purchased product is of poor quality, it is exchanged for a similar quality product by informing about it by e-mail. by letter to info@ns-shop.lt within 7 working days of receiving it.

In case the reason for returning the product is of poor quality, www.ns-shop.lt undertakes to replace the product of incorrect quality with a product of suitable quality or to return the money paid for the product.

The seller is not obliged to satisfy the consumer’s request to replace or return the goods purchased in the physical store, which are included in point 17 of the Retail Trade Rules:

17.5. woven fabrics (Combined Nomenclature codes 5007, 5111 to 5113, 5208 to 5212, 5309, 5310, 5311, 5407 to 5408, 5512 to 5516);

17.7. knitted or crocheted underwear for men, boys, women or girls (codes 6107 to 6109 of the Combined Nomenclature);

17.8. babies’ garments (Combined Nomenclature codes 6111, 6209),

17.10. sewn men’s, boys’, girls’ or girls’ singlets and other vests, nightdresses and similar articles (codes 6207 to 6208 of the Combined Nomenclature);

17.21. bedding, (Combined Nomenclature codes 9401 to 9406);

17.22. toys, (Combined Nomenclature codes 9503 to 9505, 9508);

Protection of personal data

ns-shop.lt has the right to collect personal data provided by the Buyer to ns-shop.lt and disclose them to third parties, if this is necessary for the execution of the order. The Buyer’s data may be used for information only with the Buyer’s consent (after reading the Rules and checking the box “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions”). The buyer has the right to prohibit the collection and processing of his personal data at any time, except in cases that are necessary for the fulfillment of the requirements arising from the sales contract or the fulfillment of the order. The seller undertakes to protect the data about the buyer of the online store ns-shop.lt from third parties.
